How to Order Online

It's easy and safe to order on-line from Portable Power Systems. You simply:

1. Browse our product catalog and review the product details.
2. Add Items to your Shopping Cart.
3. Check out - You are done!

The following are detailed steps to purchase on-line from Portable Power Systems.

• When you find a product you want, click on the Add to Cart button.
• Once you finish shopping and are ready to check out, simply click on to the Shopping CART button. You will see a list of products you have selected in the shopping cart. You can change the quantity or remove items there. Next, click the Check Out link to enter your billing and shipping information.
• Next, click the Place Order link to review your order and select a payment option.
• Please verify order information and then press the Finalize order button to confirm your order, or press the Back to Shop button to cancel your order.
• Once you click on the "Finalize Order" button, you will be given an order ID number and we will begin processing your order. Please write down the order ID number because you will need it to check your order status and to track your order.
   

All orders are processed as soon as payment has been verified. All orders require both billing and shipping address verification prior to being sent to one of our warehouses for fulfillment. We will not allow products to be shipped to an address other than your billing address unless the shipping information is registered with your credit card company. If you need to send products to locations other than your credit card billing address, please contact your credit card bank to register your shipping information.

Orders approved by our credit department before 2:00pm MST are usually shipped the same day. Orders approved by our credit department after 2:00pm are processed the next business day (excluding holidays). Orders approved by our credit department Friday after 2:00pm are processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
